Linsey currently heads up technical recruiting for Lyft. Prior to Lyft, she was a recruiting manager at Facebook, where she supported software engineering hiring across Seattle and the headquarters. Linsey has also previously worked at Salesforce.com and Google.
As a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Managerial Design™ service line, Brad specializes in strategic planning, implementation (translating strategy into action) and transformational change to enhance organizational effectiveness. He brings 15 years of experience leading domestic and international projects delivered in multiple sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods and technology.

Haley is an experienced Customer Success leader and long-time OKR user who is passionate about building customer-centric companies. Previously Haley spent 6 years at Medallia where she led the Client Services and Partner Success functions. Haley received a BA and MBA from Stanford.
Sarah leads Customer Success (CS) for Eastern US and EMEA. In addition to building the CS function as the first hire, she has also built a high-performing culture in the NYC office, growing the team from 2 to 20 members. She is passionate about creating an environment that embodies the voice of the customer and fostering a community for women professionals.
Julia is the Director of Content Strategy at Intellum, which provides employee learning, collaboration and performance tracking tools for the modern workplace. Previously, she worked as the director of continuing education for Georgia's 400 public libraries. She is a doctoral student at Georgia State University, where she's studying the impact of informal e-learning on corporate culture.
Maria leads training at BetterWorks, helping enterprises and thousands of users get one percent better every day. She is an expert on OKRs, performance management and goal setting best practices. Prior to BetterWorks, she led all training and curriculum development at Box. Her focus is on empowerment, based on the belief that people of all skill levels can find success – no matter their role.
Steve leads the Solutions Engineering team at BetterWorks, where he focuses on architecting solutions, delivering value and partnering with customers to drive the product roadmap. Steve has spent over 15 years in technology consulting. Before BetterWorks, Steve spent 3 years as a Principle Solutions Engineer at Box, where he is a patent holder for Box's Platform User technology.
