Who should attend Goal Summit?

Goal Summit is the perfect event for both HR and business leaders. HR leaders will learn new research and innovative people practices around continuous performance management. Business leaders will learn how goals and feedback can facilitate company execution. Together, we'll explore how bringing together the business and people sides of the business drives high performance.

Where is the event located?

The event will take place at the Innovation Hangar, which is located at the north end of the Palace of Fine Arts. The address is 3601 Lyon Street, San Francisco 94123. The entrance is located across Marina Blvd. from the Little Marina Green and St. Francis Yacht Club.

Is there a discounted hotel for attendees?

Our discounted rates at the beautiful Argonaut Hotel are sold out. Other area hotels we recommend include the Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf, Hotel Zephyr or Hyatt Centric.

I have a food allergy or preference, who should I talk to?

We'll do our absolute best to accommodate food allergies or preferences. Please notify us in advance by indicating your allergies during the registration process or by emailing us at [email protected].

I'm coming with a group of colleagues, is there a group discount available?

Yes, we have discounted group rates for teams of five or ten available on our registration page.

Will there be a mother's room available for me to use at the conference?

Absolutely! Email us at [email protected] to make sure we have everything you need.

I have to come late/leave early/take off for a meeting in the middle of the day. Will that be OK?

Of course. Just bring your registration confirmation whenever you arrive, and you'll be able to come and go with your badge as you need to throughout the day.

What are the closest public transportation options?

From the East Bay


Take the Richmond/Millbrea SF line


Richmond/Fremont line then transfer at MacArthur station onto Richmond/Millbrae Daly City
Exit BART at either the Embarcadero St station or Montgomery St Station and continue to MUNI


From the Embarcadero stop walk to Main St and Market Take MUNI 30x towards Beach St and Scott St.
Off board at SE corner of Broderick and Francisco walk to Innovation Hangar at the Palace of Fine Arts.
From Montgomery stop walk to 3rd St and Market St take MUNI 30 towards Chestnut st and Divisadero.

AC Transit is a trans-bay bus system that only runs during the week. You may pick them up at any bus stop. Make sure to look for the AC logo and specified bus letters. AC transit buses will drop off at the Transbay Terminal at Howard and Main St..
Use muni from Transbay terminal.
Upon arrival at Bart, you can use Parkwide to bike the scenic 30 minute route to the Innovation Hangar.

From the South Bay/Peninsula


There are multiple options coming from the southbay. Please check for the best route based on you departure terminal. Exit Caltrain at Perry St & Third St. Continue with MUNI lines 18, 2, 24, 27, 38, 4, 44, 54, 56, 58, 72, 72X, 74, 76, 8, 93.
Arrive at Richardson and Francisco St. Short walk to the Palace of Fine Arts.

From the North Bay


Please check Ferry Schedule. The ferry drops you at Fisherman’s Wharf. From Fisherman’s wharf, you can rent a bike from Parkwide and bike the 15 minute scenic route to the Innovation Hangar.

Where can I park at the venue?

Parking is limited, so we definitely suggest using public transportation or a ride-sharing app like Lyft. If you need to park, there are several options close to the venue:

1. Little Marina Green

Little Marina Green has a free public parking lot for all-day parking. After parking, it's a short walk across Marina Blvd. to get to Innovation Hangar (estimated 5-minute walk).

2. Marina Green

Marina Green has another free public lot, but plan a little extra time to walk down Marina Blvd. to get to the venue (estimated 10-minute walk).

3. Street parking

Street parking available near Palace of Fine Arts/Innovation Hangar. Note that some spots (like the ones immediately along Palace Drive behind the venue) are limited to 4 hours, so please note the street signs where you park.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Some of the sessions may be recorded and made available after the event. Please note there will be video and photos taken during the event. Here's a bit of info from our legal team about that:
